have prepared the

document which will answer many planning related queries.
For householder development you can use the form 'The Need for Planning Permission' to provide us with
details to let you know whether you will need planning permission or building regulation consent for
an extension or alteration to your home. From 1st January 2007, this service
will attract a fee of £25. The form is attached below:
The Need for Planning Permission On the 20th December 2001, Denbighshire County Council as Local Planning Authority removed the permitted development rights that applied to dwellinghouses within the Denbigh Conservation Area by establishing an Article 4(2) Direction.
