Request for Information on the Planning History of a Property |
| If you wish
officers of the development control section to undertake research into
the planning history of a particular site, we are able to offer you this
service. There is a fee of £25 per hour (or part hour) for this service.

Request for advice on the need for planning permission and / or building regulation consent for householder developments |
| This form
should be completed and returned to the planning office, so that
officers can assess whether your proposals need planning permission or
building regulation consent.
There is a fee of £25 for this service.

Fees for Planning Applications |
| Fees are set by
Central Government. In certain circumstances the fees may be exempt or
reduced. The Local Planning Authority can not determine your planning
application until the correct fee has been submitted.
